I absolutely adored the cozy fireplace nook in the lobby, surrounded by quaint French Colonial furnishings that reminded me of my grandmother's house. It was such a lovely spot to sit and relax, perfect for senior folks like me. the hotel's easy accessibility for seniors, with grab bars in the bathrooms and spacious elevators, made my stay comfortable and convenient.

I wish the children working there could provide more organized senior-friendly activities.

Enjoyed my such great stay on our road trip. It was in a central location, close to everything. And it was also near to the airport, fast food restaurants and Canada. The staff was courteous, efficient all the time.

The hotel is a peaceful place with clean rooms and excellent value. the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is well designed, and there is a seating area and a safe in the room. the location is unbeatable, relatively near parks, and I loved the good area.

The rooms were comfy and updated and the beds were comfortable. The venue was set in the central position near Thunder Bay, the airport and the restaurant.

The staff were patient and accommodating. the hotel was fairly clean. - the location was perfect and comfortable, within easy walking distance of parks. - It is situated in a good area close to many restaurants, overlooking the bay and marina.

We booked online and our confirmation papers indicated that we had booked a non-smoking room, however when we arrived at the hotel, we had been assigned a smoking room. The smell in the room, and indeed in the entire wing, was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, the hotel staff advised us that there were no other rooms available until the following evening. They also advised us that this error often occurs with online bookings.

Appreciated Thunder Bay, the hotel was top rated close to everything. We were given an a double room upon arrival. Location: the property was next to highway an airport, Niagara falls and restaurants. Food was outstanding every morning.
